Digital Marketing Manager

Initiafy is a SaaS company which remains on a fast-paced growth trajectory since inception in 2012. We offer an innovative online contractor management solution which is targeted at heavy industry. Our customers include some of the largest construction, mining and energy companies worldwide. We have offices in Dublin, NYC, London and Toronto, and we’re set for more exciting growth over the next two years.

We are now seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who will contribute to our business growth. The candidate will display drive and initiative, as well as the ability to get things done.

Responsibilities

  • Drive lead generation through inbound marketing, SEO and SEM
  • Manage Pardot marketing automation (e.g. email campaigns; drip campaigns; social media; forms for landing pages)
  • Drive strategy for blog and develop content for all stages of the sales funnel
  • Manage Google AdWords and AdRoll campaigns for lead gen and brand awareness
  • Draw insights through Google Analytics and provide actionable recommendations
  • Drive strategy for website and landing page optimization (design, UX, conversions)
  • Provide Salesforce support (e.g. setup, campaigns, reporting, lead assignment rules)
  • Oversee social media marketing (growing engagement, followers and traffic)
  • Develop marketing and sales collateral; improve product marketing material
  • Manage and mentor x direct reports (digital marketing interns)
  • Manage vendors (e.g. content writers, web developers)
  • Chair weekly marketing meetings; report on KPIs and ROI to COO and CEO

Required Skills

  • Min. 3 years marketing experience
  • Demonstrable knowledge of digital marketing best practices
  • Hands-on experience with SEO (on-page; off-page; technical)
  • Running and optimizing PPC campaigns (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing, etc)
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce and Pardot preferred) Understanding of modern content marketing for lead generation (buyer personas; alignment with sales funnel, etc)
  • Excellent knowledge of English grammar, punctuation and writing styles
  • An eye for digital design and understanding of buyer behavior/psychology
  • Strong knowledge of technical aspects of website development and optimization (UX)
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices to drive engagement
  • Well-developed analytical, time management and communication skills; strong sense of initiative
  • Experience with/interest in SaaS technology would be ideal
